Let us [the church] not neglect meeting together, as some have made a habit, but let us encourage one another, and all the more as you see the day [when Jesus returns] approaching.

- Hebrews 10:25

They [the church] devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching [the bible] and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.

- Acts 2:42

Welcome to your Eternal Family!

We cannot do this alone.

The Church is not a place, it is the family of God.

Now that you have committed to Christ and to His Church you need to stay connected with them, This will be an ongoing reality and an incredible blessing, forever.

You may have been invited to a Life Group before, but now you need to commit to one officially. The                            difference is that now you will become part of the team by becoming a team player.  We are called to be committed to others in a Godly community, as they are committed to us, with our sole motive being that we would all glorify Jesus by becoming more like Him.

Here are some ways to do it:

  • Before you join, decide on how long you will commit and then stick to it.

  • Offer to host a group at your house.

  • Bring snacks!

  • Teach a lesson and get trained on how to lead a Life Group.

  • Invite others to the group (CULTIVATE).

  • Volunteer to read or pray when the option presents itself.

  • Bring your Bible, notepad, or Journaling Bible.

  • Invite members of the Life Group to hang out- outside of the Life Group night- to get to know one another better.

  • All the Life Groups gather together to hear a corporate message, sing, and partake of communion together.

"Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honour." - Romans 12:10

The Church needs to gather in order to encourage, sharpen, worship, pray, and love so that we can help one another to abide in Christ. And to be effective in the ministry of sharing Christ with others, and teaching them to follow Him!
